I am a HUGE fan of incorporating weights with all cardio programs, and this P90X Les Mills Combat Hybrid is one of my favorites.  Why?  Because muscle burns fat!!  Building muscle is KEY to accelerating your weight loss and body sculpting goals.  You may not see the results as quickly as cardio alone, but by the end of the second month and beyond, the results will be fast and furious, overtaking what you can achieve with cardio alone.  With a library of Team Beachbody programs, you can create an wide variety of hybrid combination, which is FUN, KEEPS THINGS INTERESTING, and GETS KILLER RESULTS!

  1. I finished first P90X, and just recently Less Mills Combat. You’ve given me exactly what I was looking for when I thought about putting the two together! Thank you, and I’ll definitely let you know how the progress goes.

    • Hi Joshua! So glad this helped! Those are definitely two of my favorite programs-keep me posted and…heads up…P90X 3 will be coming out in December! All the awesome results but new moves and only 30 minutes a day. Sound good? I can add you to my wait list if you’re interested and don’t currently have an active Beachbody Coach. :)
